Successful Walkway Grout Repair
The Inspection
The client reached out to us for help with repairing the grout on her walkway. During our inspection of the property, she showed us that the natural stone of her walkway had worn out at the connection with the cement paste, and it needed to be replaced. It was important for us to take immediate action because it was giving the client's house a bad appearance.
The Process
Once we understood the project's requirements and gathered all the client's needs, we started by removing the old grout. We used an electric grout remover to clear out an area of 216 square feet. Next, we carefully removed and cut the existing metal railings to make way for a sleeker and more modern black Trex Enhance railing. Additionally, we replaced a total of 4 posts and installed covers, bases, and caps on each one.
The Result
After we finished the project, the client was thrilled with the outcome. She expressed her delight by praising the high quality of materials our team used throughout the entire process. She also commended our team for maintaining excellent communication during the project.
