The Inspection

The Process
To ensure efficiency and a precise fit, we repaired the framing with pressure-treated pine and installed PlyGem 70 Pro Series double-hung vinyl windows into the existing frames. We secured them with flashing tape and shims, sealed gaps with spray foam insulation, and finished with exterior silicone and interior latex caulk for a weather-tight result.
