The Inspection
During the inspection, the client informed us that the Homeowners Association had requested him to comply with the guidelines of the area in order to maintain the aesthetic and harmony between the residences. As such, the shutters and lamps located outside the residence had to be painted.
The Process
Once we fully understood the client's requirements and the HOA guidelines, we proceeded to carry out the exterior painting work. To ensure a quality, long-lasting result, we used premium paints with excellent resistance to extreme climates and exceptional adhesion to materials.
The Result
The final result was a renovated house that had a much improved aesthetic appeal. Client was delighted to see how the restoration of shutters and lamps had completely transformed the exterior of his residence for the better.
