The Inspection
When we were inspecting the house, we came across a roof that looked like it was over 20 years old. We had a chat with the client and let them know that typically, roofs last between 15 to 20 years, and that it would be a good idea to renovate his roof to avoid any potential problems from cropping up in the future.
The Process
Once we had a chat with the client and made the call that the entire roof had to be swapped out, we got right down to business. We started things off by taking off all the shingles and accessories with a lot of care. From there, we tackled every single damaged tile, turbine, and piece of wood by replacing them one by one.
The Result
We made sure to stay connected with the client during the entire project, keeping him in the loop with all the important updates and fixes that had to be made in order to make sure that the final result was of high quality and could go the distance. After we finished our work, the client was thrilled with the new roof and how it looked.
