A Successful Deck Restoration
The Inspection
During the inspection, we noticed that the deck could have used some extra care and attention as its appearance had deteriorated over time. We also observed some structural damage that might have made it unsafe for people to use. It seemed that regular maintenance and protection against mold or mildew might have been overlooked. The client was concerned about safety and had asked us to address the issues promptly to avoid any accidents. The Process
