The Inspection
One of the rooms on the first floor used to lack natural lighting, which was a constant annoyance for the client. She had various tasks and activities that required electric light throughout the day, leading to an increased electricity bill month after month.
The Process
Our team of experts analyzed the structure of the property to see if it was possible to open the wall and put in a new window for more natural light. Once we finished the analysis and got approval from the county, we opened the wall and installed a new window frame, following the IRC 2015 guidelines.
