The Inspection
One of the rooms located on the first floor lacked natural lighting, which was a constant annoyance for the client. She had various tasks and activities that required electric light throughout the day, resulting in an increased electricity bill month after month.
The Process
Our team of experts conducted a structural analysis of the property to determine if it was feasible to open the wall and install a new window to let in natural light. After completing the analysis and receiving approval from the county, we opened the wall and installed a new window frame, adhering to the IRC 2015 guidelines.
