The Inspection
We found a property built in 1998 that had evidently not been properly maintained for many years. This was made evident by the condition of the wood of all the cornices located in the windows and garage, which were in a state of disrepair. Furthermore, there were many areas of the siding that had suffered damage, with moss growth and other indications of neglect.
The Process
The client wished to restore the exterior of their property, searching for reliable options that also provided a nice finish. After consulting with the HCS Exterior team, we decided to completely renovate the area, fixing and replacing any broken wood on the cornices and the garage door casing. To eliminate any moss, we did a thorough power-wash and finished off by painting the whole repaired region with a specialized exterior paint for extreme weather conditions.
